Patient safety rules overhaul

The Health Ministry is establishing a National System for Healthcare Quality Governance and Patient Safety.

The system addresses fragmented practices, absent communal standards, insufficient information use, and the deficiency of organized mechanisms for reporting adverse aesculapian incidents.

Central to the model is the existing Health Quality Assurance Organization (ODIPY), established successful 2020, which will urge specialized prime policies to the ministry based connected risk-prevention protocols.

Regional wellness administrations will show argumentation implementation and oversee mandatory adverse-incident reporting by section wellness units. A dedicated prime and information observatory will beryllium created, alongside ceremonial procedures –conducted by ODIPY – for investigating diligent information incidents.
