Thomastown Greek seniors mark Easter with community gathering

More than 80 radical attended an Easter gathering astatine the Thomastown Community Hall, hosted by the Whittlesea and Districts Greek Elderly Citizens Club.

Traditional foods including tsourekia and red-dyed eggs were served, reflecting customary Greek Orthodox Easter practices marking the Resurrection.

Attendees besides took portion successful euphony and dancing during the event, which was organised by the club’s committee.

Club president Steve Mangos, alongside committee members Georgia, Olga and Alexandra, welcomed guests and extended heartfelt wishes of “Kali Anastasi” and “Hronia Polla”.
